I forgot to show you these pictures earlier, but they're worth showing! 

We had all the boxes of appliances delivered and stored temporarily in our basement. When it was time to install them, Kyle and I dollied them up to our living room.  We lived with them a few days. Lots of fun.

The kids thought the boxes were awesome!

There was a great deal of plastic that I had to convince Wyeth not to eat. 

We let the kids create designs all over the boxes before we retired them to the recycling.

There is something supremely satisfying about unpackaging appliances. It's got to be some facet of my personality, but I really enjoyed it.
