Brooklyn had a TON of presents. There were around 40 something people at her birthday party! She was a little uncertain when everyone crowded round the table to sing to her, but she did not cry! I was very proud. She eyed her cupcake with uncertainty. It was to be her first taste of chocolate.

She didn't dig right in. In fact, she mostly sampled with her fingers. Uncle Mikey helped out, and she appreciated that.

In our breakfast room, Uncle Mikey hung out with Steve, Karla and Aunt Anna.

When it came time to open presents, Brooklyn had no idea what to do, so her friend, Lily W. helped her out. Sarah wrote down the gifts for me, thus greatly helping ME out.
