It's Toddler Law...the things that shouldn't be found by the toddler in the house, will always be.
Izzy did the same thing a few weeks ago with thumbtacks. She some how wiggled the LOCKED drawer open that we keep them in and they were all over the carpet. I had a mini panic attack when I walked in to see them scattered all around her!
