Well, for the first time in 8 days, Brooklyn is not running a fever. She still has a hacking cough which occasionally makes her throw up because she can't stop coughing. And she looks thin and weak, which she is, poor thing. She has a ton of mucous in her body - she coughed up a ball of it earlier and it was like the slime they used to dump on people's heads on "You Can't Do That on Television" on Nickelodeon. Minus the crazy colors.

She is worn out, as evidenced by her request to go to bed at 1:30 despite having slept until 11. She's recovering, I hope.

August is rashy, snotty, coughy and has been running a low fever. Other than that, he acts fine, just irritated by his runny nose. AND last night, I noticed a tooth beginning to emerge from his lower gums. So I don't know the exact source of his fever, et al. I'm continuing to pray that he avoids the RSV. Keep Brooklyn in your prayers that she bounces back quickly. Thanks for all of those prayers. I am so humbled by your vigilance on our behalf.
